Students who make me shake my head (for various reasons)

• The inquisitive and curious students who enjoy the material, ask a lot of questions, but still consistently bomb the test
• The totally disengaged student who doesn't even do the homework or ever participate in class, but somehow still aces every test
• The totally disengaged student who doesn't do the homework, doesn't show up to class, and still comes to the test (and bombs it)
