Why might bots be sensitive to posting fee but not comment fee? Are we missing something in the incentive structure?

Because the bots were commenting regardless of the comment fee, but the humans were thinking twice.

So I think 45 was too much, because all it does is piss off humans while not preventing bot spam. Thus i did
