That's a bit of a mis-title. A/Cs don't run constant all day long. They hit a point where they just don't put out cold air and need to take a mechanical break to generate more cold. We deal with this every summer. the A/C does fine until we hit over 110 F, and then we get cold until this high point and it just pushes air at that point. Using a cycling method reduces the mechanical strain, and we're able to get cold air throughout the day.

One of my pet peeves are the fake commies that claim to care about wealth inequality. They will talk about stealing from the wealthy but seem to not realize that everyone in the US is wealthy by world standards.
