I've ran a front-end implementation "competition" between gpt, claude, gemini, kimi, minimax and glm: make a board web app to my kanban API (spec'd in swagger format.)

With the exception of glm (looks like there's an integration issue with arena), I have gotten working results. If there is interest, I can write up a report and host a demo of the results. showcasing the state of the art in LLM web dev.

Rumble 12 min presentation: brain worm-parasite like in RFK Jr.

RFK Jr. kept talking publicly about a parasite that was found in his brain; the polysorbate & glyphosate in commercial mass-distributed drinks & feed thins out the protective barriers of the body, facilitating deeper penetration by the dominator; #1268596

this infestation is probably as old as humanity itself; pharaohs of ancient Egypt were depicted with a snake wrapped around their heads;

the parasite program is simple: survive, reproduce, dominate more hosts; a specie that can reproduce and regenerate indefinitely (using host's tissue molecules) is theoretically immortal;

Made almost $1,000 back cancelling a bunch of stuff I realized I didn't need after all. Not a bad start to a new week. Already got a third of it in the bank this morning.

reply

Wow, that's quite a bit. What were you cancelling?

15 YEARS AGO TODAY: 1 BTC = 1 USD
On February 9, 2011, Bitcoin reached parity with the US dollar.
Those who bought back then and are still hodling are up ~70,000x :)

True and worthy podcasts to listen are only the ones that show, discuss, present real bitcoin adoption solutions and people using it.

No price prediction, no bullshit "reserves asset companies", no "market capitalization", no crap debates, no crap "you are not bullish enough" and all those stupidities nonsense.

Shill me real podcasts talking about how people start using Bitcoin in their daily life, what solutions they used, merchants, users, developers, communities.

All the rest is garbage.

Daniel Prince does a pretty good job of it with his Once Bitten! podcast. I haven't listened to all of the episodes so I can't guarantee that there are no price predictions & stuff like that, but he does bring a lot of people on who are perhaps not widely known, but are making stuff IRL and building on Bitcoin.

Ungovernable Misfits pops in mind as well, although for some reason I haven't listened to that podcast for months now (in my defense, I've been laying off the Bitcoin podcasts in general and gone more into philosophical and esoteric subjects).

Bitcoin OpTech is not garbage

That's not a podcast, is a tech talk about what is going on in Bitcoin tech.
Put a normie merchant to listen that tech talk and after first 3 min will say: sorry I do not understand shit.
Those tech talks are for bitcoin freaks.
But sometimes all these tech freaks have to listen also what real people want to use, how they use etc.

Recently I was talking with 2 merchants about bitcoin. One of them told me frankly: you guys, bitcoiners, are from another world....

If we do not help these people to accept bitcoin, we are all fucked. Bitcoin is for nothing.

reply

That's a great idea for a podcast actually.

If I would be a podcaster, I will start inviting all BTCmap merchants, one by one.
Telling their bitcoin story.

I can't believe someone isn't already doing this.

too many interests behind every influencer

reply

I haven’t listened yet but there’s a new one that’s specifically about meetups and local bitcoin communities.

I want to see all those "bitcoin influencers" inviting real merchants and customers that they were trying to implement a bitcoin solution, a simple payment solution, how they were struggling, how they achieve it, how they manage their finance etc. real cases IRL.

Bitcoin and LN is not perfect. It have real chalenges when is used. We need to hear these people and come up with the right solutions.

I see nowadays a lot of so called devs, creating a plethora of apps but they do not start with asking these people what they really need.
Look at the ep2 of CypherTanks... total garbage!

I am tired of podcasters inviting other podcasters and talking about that same crap, over an over.

Hopefully you find it
