I am not sure that this will last. Kalshi is obviously going to appeal and due to the lay of the land right now I dont think it works under Sports Wagering since it goes so much further beyond sports.

Its clear the whole landscape needs to get cleaned up but regulation through litigation isnt the way to go and in general the American people have shown they really do not like it.
