Straight from a libre office file

Got it, that's the problem! Let me see what copy means to LibreOffice. It probably encapsulates all the hidden things inside of a custom payload and I broke the parsing. Will come back with a fix, thanks for all the details!

Hey my theory was right! I’m working on a fix but it shouldn’t take long.

I didn’t even know you could copy an image from libreoffice along with text right into our editor!

Actually, I don't copy the png file from libre office. I simply insert the image into the SN text box before pasting the libre office text. Once I clean out my text box I'll send you screen shots about the weird problems I have inserting the png file this morning.

Fixed! It's ready for review here: https://github.com/stackernews/stacker.news/pull/2734

It also contains a video to show a before/after

Thanks again, and sorry for how rough this has been.

I simply insert the image into the SN text box before pasting the libre office text.

This is interesting because I couldn't reproduce the image insertion bug, I could reproduce weird image formatting by copying it from libreoffice though. I'll wait for your screenshots ^^
