It is not for healing. It is for desinfection. Nothing wrong with using it once in low concentration to wash some dirt out. I remember pure alcohol for cleaning wounds. Hurt a lot more.

Yeah, my parents used yo use whatever was handy -- rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or vodka. I remember my dad telling me that urine was a disinfectant, but thankfully that never happened.
