Crushed them! I’m mid 40’s:
- Won 2 road races and was masters champ in the 3rd
- sub 17 min 5k
- over 2200 miles run, 2025 was the goal
-ran a 5k outside every day at a minimum - push up and planks daily, pull ups most days
- 80%+ clean single ingredient diet
- decent cold bath immersion, could have done more
- sold solid meditation and box breathing

That's awesome!
I really didn't set any particular goals for the year. I was doing pretty well until about Halloween with maintaining high activity levels, fasting, cold showers, and stretching.
I think I'll do some more regular tracking and updating next year.
