Seems unlikely. Rams probably ok with a tie, but Seahawks know they need the win to have a shot to win the division and get the 1 seed. A tie would help them secure the 5th seed so maybe that interests them as they would get to play whoever wins the South but my guess is if it comes down to it they will push for the win.
