For the record: It was a derivation path issue. I have no idea why the Legacy LNURL-Auth setting was turned on, I switched it back off and all good.

It’s might be a key derivation issue/change. I’d reach out to Alby. I remember hearing there’s a setting to use their old key derivation method but I don’t know for certain

 to log in with Lightning. I then updated the extension and when I log in now I get a different account on SN. Yes, I am using the same Alby account (it's the one I have on my password manager).

No big deal as my SN account was not big and had ~5000 sats, but I am hesitant to trust Alby again.
