While there is officially a truce in Gaza, Israel has continued to kill Palestinians daily.
The Gaza Media Office reports Israel has committed nearly 500 ceasefire violations and killed 350 Palestinians since the truce went into effect on October 10. The Israeli violations of the agreement include bombings, shooting Palestinians, restricting aid deliveries, seizing more territory, and home demolitions.
Israel claims that its strikes on Gaza are a response to Hamas violations of the ceasefire. The Palestinian group has maintained it is committed to the truce.

I think it's limitless. It's fun being the king.

How do they keep it going once support is lost from the American public?
Based on how sentiments vary by age cohort, it won't be long before there's overwhelming opposition to Israel.

I see it less, dramatically less in young Christians. On its current course it is self destructive. I think of the "letter" from Kirk that has been talked about so much as a sign he was turning. He was right. Bibi is destroying support for their cause.
The bombing of the King David Hotel in Jerusalem on July 22, 1946, was carried out by the Irgun (or Irgun Zvai Leumi), a militant right-wing Zionist underground organization.

Key Details:

  • Perpetrators: The Irgun, led by Menachem Begin.
  • Target: The southern wing of the hotel, which housed the central offices of the British Mandatory Palestine administration, including the Secretariat and the headquarters of the British Armed Forces.
  • Motive: The attack was conducted in response to "Operation Agatha" (also known as "Black Saturday"), a series of British raids in which incriminating documents related to the Jewish insurgency against the British were seized and taken to the hotel. The Irgun's main goal was to destroy these documents and strike a blow against British rule.
  • Casualties: The explosion killed 91 people—Arabs, Britons, and Jews—and injured 46.
  • Context: The bombing occurred during the Jewish insurgency against the British Mandate in Palestine (1920–1948). The Irgun claimed to have delivered telephoned warnings to evacuate the hotel before the blast, though there is dispute over whether the warnings were received or taken seriously by the British authorities.
Trump’s ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, secretly met Jonathan Pollard—an American sentenced to life in prison for spying against the U.S. for Israel—at the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem; Pollard’s handler, Aviem Sella, was pardoned by Trump.
In 2015, Pollard was released on parole from federal prison. He was not permitted to travel outside the U.S. Five years later, at the end of Trump’s first term, the DOJ declined to extend his parole restrictions, and he moved to Israel.

Unfortunately they will keep doing this without any limit while they have religious and political support.

*as long as they have American political support

Jewish bankers have owned the US government for more than a century.
Now China has won the trade war the Jewish bankers are in a less secure position because China will not be slaves to Jewish usury.

This is one of those things where I really struggle to see the other side.
I have a few family members who are still quite supportive of Israel's actions. It baffles me.
It bears true this thing I've seen in reading history: you can kill as many children as you like as long as you are in control of the story.
reply
Jewish bankers own the US government over a barrel of debt. China has won the trade war and the Jews military proxy is no longer the dominant global economy. China will not be a slave to Jewish usury like the western empires have been for centuries.

I wonder how many Gazans Hammas has murdered in the streets, in between shooting at IDF personelle.
reply
Do you have any reporting on that or is it just a strange attempt to deflect blame from genocidal aggressors?

OP refers to IDF response after Hamas gunmen fired at forces operating along the designated “yellow line” buffer zone near Khan Younis in southern Gaza: https://www.ynetnews.com/article/bkw11uuoxzl

Sucks for them, getting murdered by both occupying forces.
It doesn't change that Israel doesn't need to be killing these people.

Hamas still enjoys broad support in Gaza. They are part of the death cult who believe in martyrdom. Impossible situation for Israel to defend against, when civilians are intentionally placed in harms way, just for the anti-Israel coverage on Al Jezeera.
reply
what are your thoughts on the Nekba?
reply
I doubt all the children who have been killed by IDF soldiers supported Hamas.
Killing innocent people is wrong. Full stop. There are no statist euphemisms that make it ok.

This is the thinking that leads to endless war. You can always make some sort of justification when things keep escilating.
What is hard to see if you don't want to see it is that there are people who profit from this and they make sure a message of escillation is heard. On both sides. The US military industrial complex as well as the global banking elite make unbelievably amounts of money off of endless war.
The plebs bleed and die for the elite. They rob us with money printing to fund their wars.
People get all bent out of shape because their neighbors don't vote like them but few really get the game. We are their enemy. We are their cattle. The plebs on the other side of the conflicts are more like us than our rulers.
The state is an evil monster that survives on war. Down with statism.
reply
As soon as you realize that your neighbor’s vote was just as insignificant as yours, you can stop caring who he voted for.
Not the children, but their parents.
reply
That doesn't justify killing their kids
You forgot to mention that the Gazans had already broken the ceasefire (aka hudna) first, 3 days after it was declared. But don't let such minor details get in the way of your agenda of discrediting Israel.
reply
Everyone claims it’s the other side’s fault
