Sanctuary cities and states are blatantly unconstitutional.

The executives at NGOs are now multi millionaires because they receive tax dollars to provide housing, food, health care and transportation for illegal aliens. Not only stealing tax dollars but also money laundering and embezzlement. Governors, mayors and other politicians and bureaucrats are complicit.
