Quite good new series, 6 episodes of the season 1. In the mid 1800s, during the cholera crisis, and after a plot against remaining samurais, the new Japanese police chief is organizing a deadly survival game, where only one could survive.

A blood bath started right in the 1st episode and during the whole 6 episodes there are many violent fights with swords and archery.

The plot is really well done, you have a lot of intrigue and suspense too. I think is coming season 2 soon.

Is good, I recommend watching it. My score will be like 8/10.

Both are the same good.

Shogun I think is a bit rushed and they skipped quite a lot of phases. Maybe because they didn't had enough budget. I read the book and also I saw the old series. But is a good remake, thoughtful.

The last samurai standing is more action and suspense. Definitely you do not get bored.

Watch both so you will forgot about all bitcoin dramas :)
