For those thinking about home remodeling (or purchasing a new home) here are some features you should avoid.
- Microwave/Oven combo: Hard to replace compromises on oven performance
- Over shelving in the kitchen: can create the look of clutter plus dust and grease can build up
- Oversized/Split Kitchen Islands: Limits the space in the kitchen
- Glass Cabinets: hard to clean cracks easily
- WaterFall Counters: hard to maintain lose seating capacity
- Open Floor Plans: Hard to get silence. No space to get away
- Marble Countertops: Easily ruined! go with Quartz. If you need help with the install hit up @Machiavelli23
- Home Theaters: No longer needed with cheap TVs
- Whrilpool Tubs: Dirty hard to clean barely used
- Center piece Tubs: While nice to look at they take up too much space and hardly get used. Focus on the shower/steam area.

Only one I disagree with is open floor plans. I love open floor plans. It helps to actually like the people you live with, haha
I generally agree with this list...I would highlight 2 dates, which in my case are the exact opposite...
I really like point 4, but I really hate point 8 :)
