The best way, if you can, is to use the interface and shut it down properly, like through the GUI, SSH, or your miner management tool. It’s good practice to wait about 30 seconds after the fans stop before cutting the power. Not sure if you plan to leave it off for long periods, but that’s not great for the machine, those thermal cycles aren’t good for the electronics.
This is what I try to do as well. Stop the mining process, let the chips cool down, then shut the whole machine down

There shouldn’t be a problem, I mean, I’m guessing the manufacturers build these machines to handle power cuts. But, you know, good practices exist for a reason, they help keep the thing running well for longer.
