Ever since rents and house prices have escalated and productivity, infrastructure and manufacturing have steadily declined.
The mixed economy is ideal.
Its hard for Libertarian extremists to understand but just look at Rare Earths and you might start to get it.
Free markets do NOT give the best results in some scenarios.
In some scenarios government intervention gives the best result.
