New dead hang record and, yes, I did hang on a few extra seconds for that. Lots of baked goods around lately, but I managed to confine them to a narrow eating window.

I've been slacking off for most of this week. Haven't been running much and didn't do much strength training. I'll try to get back to my routine this coming week. At least go for a run tonight.
not great. weekends are harder to maintain my routines, it seems.
