The song Gyöngyhajú lány written by Hungarian rock band Omega in 1969 has multiple “language” versions.
- Hungarian Gyöngyhajú lány by Omega
- English Pearls in Her Hair by Omega
- German Perlen im Haar still by Omega
- Polish Dziewczyna o perłowych włosach by Kult
- Czech Dívka s perlami ve vlasech by Aleš Brichta
- Serbian Devojka biserne kose by Griva
- Lithuanian Meilės nėra by Keistuolių Teatras
And, as a bonus, Kenya West used (without permission, so stole) the original song in his New Slaves song
The English version sounds familiar, but I'm not sure if I’d heard it before. Good song!!

I like it too. I discovered the band and the song not long ago while visiting Hungary. I googled it a bit more and found out that other versions existed. This isn't so unusual for countries from the former Soviet bloc.
