This past weekend, this question came up in a chat with my friends and none of us could answer it. We couldn't find a proper answer online either, so we were all just throwing out guesses. We're ruling out Christmas, birthday, and that kind of songs. So, hit me with the song you know that's been translated into the most different languages. Not necessarily sung by the original artist.

Here's mine:

And, as a bonus, Kenya West used (without permission, so stole) the original song in his New Slaves song

The English version sounds familiar, but I'm not sure if I’d heard it before. Good song!!

I like it too. I discovered the band and the song not long ago while visiting Hungary. I googled it a bit more and found out that other versions existed. This isn't so unusual for countries from the former Soviet bloc.

I don't know how many languages this song is in, but I know there are plenty of versions.

The challenge is about songs in different languages.

This track was cut because it was a religious song. But I'm gonna hook you up with 100 sats for the research work.
