Pretty good day overall. Still not doing any real exercise, though. Gotta get back into a flow.
Start slow and start bit by bit. But getting back into the habit of moving is very important. You got this!
My son already fell asleep when I got home from my run to do my push ups, so I had to do normal ones and couldn't use him as weight.
Today:
Oh, I'm also nearing 300miles ran recorded using Runstr. Currently showing 293.2miles, and I should pass 300 by this weekend. Working hard to try to hold onto that lead, as johnny is relentless with his runs. I think I need to take a short break from running once the Runstr season ends...
When does Runstr season end?
I asked Hustle on nostr, he told me sometime in mid October. I guess the answer is: soon.
