Yesterday, he was whining why I keep using him as weight. I told him his brother is too light, his sister is too heavy, and he's just the right weight for my strength now. And also, my daughter just rolls her eyes and ignores me when I ask her to be my weight, haha.

I love the use of child-age as your system of weight.

Undisciplined

Lots of going up and down the stairs today at work. Really felt the fatigue during my run at night. The rain is back, and I'm not fond of running in the rain. But I wanted to get to 150km for this month before the month ends, so getting soaked it is. The cough is finally gone and I think I'm at least 99%, if not 100%, back to normal. That means back to the normal routine...
