He’s made 2 probowls in 2020 and 2021. Was pretty dynamic and put up throwing / rushing stats consistently

I know he's had good production but my impression has been that it's more from unscripted play-making than gameplan execution.

That’s how Mahomes, Josh Allen, and Lamar produce most of their dynamic plays and points too

I agree about Mahomes but he's settled into the offensive structure more over time.
Lamar and Josh are great improvisors but they also have a lot of designed runs and they use that threat to set up the rest of their offense. I think both of them mostly execute their gameplans at very high levels.
Kyler seems more like the Mahomes model where his running success mostly comes from scrambling out of pressure.

A lot of these throws are from the pocket. Kyler use to have one of the best deep balls in the league @Undisciplined
Petzing has cucked the offense

I've always said that Kyler has as much talent as any QB
reply
Agreed, just pointing out a lot of his production in 2020-2021 were pocket passes and scheme plays vs miraculous scrambles

In general the offense looked great the first bit of Klingon Kingsbury’s tenure.
It started to become too predictable tho and too reliant on Kyler magic and everything burned out.
I would love to see him in an OC scheme like Kyle Shannahan. Maybe the cards can hire Mike Mcdaniels after the dolphins fire him
