What about a salsa bar? 

- People love food
- Could have three levels of spiciness 
- Visitors could win merch/get entered in a raffle for eating spiciest salsa
- Kinda ties into the SN western/Texas theme

Uncharacteristically, I will be at Tabconf. I'd be happy to make said salsa bar happen if it sounds like a good idea. (also happy to help out in general).

Additionally, I've been working on a special prize for stackers who get to a 365-day streak with their cowboy hat. Maybe tabconf would be a good place to reveal it (seeing as you are one of the few over the 1 year mark).
