Better than I realized. If only my dad would bring healthier food for football day.

What would Hanging be? It's not clear to me, maybe it's the translation
It's a dead-hang. Most people use a pull-up bar, but I don't have one so I just find an exposed 2x4 in the basement to hang from.
The benefits are improved grip strength and a pretty unique stretch for your shoulders and back.
Ahhh... I understood, I imagined that was it, but the translator marked me as "hanged."
I added that image so I wouldn't add the others that came up.
Looks like I'm getting used to sleeping early and rising early. Now need to focus on starting some workout morning routine.
