Stacker News in the Next 5 Years
Stacker News, where Stackers is people that's not just about stacking sats. It's about stacking knowledge, skills, relationships, attitudes. The goal is not necessarily how many sats you hold; it's sovereignty, love, peace, happiness, and satisfaction.
1. Bitcoin at the Center
All interaction here is powered by the power of Bitcoin. That's what makes SN an outstanding community. Stacker News it's a V4V and PoW enabled people's economy. In my opinion, in the next 5 years, with more individuals living on Bitcoin Standard or Sats Standard whatever the preference, SN will be the most natural town square in the world to belong to it.
2. A Global Town Square
Stacker News will likely grow beyond its current mostly English-speaking audience, becoming a truly global community. I see multi-language territories. Territories in Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, French, Russian, Portuguese, Hindi, Swahili and etc.
Bitcoin adoption it looks is quicker in the Global South. That wave of merchants and individuals adoption will revolutionize SN as well. More stories from markets, villages, and cities where Bitcoin is already money and BTC & sats already the currency. Earning (as in ~jobs Territory), spending (as on ~AGORA Territory) and saving in sats (more resources as shared in ~Bitcoin Territory, ~Bitcoin_Beginners Territory and etc) = learning to, and living as sovereign individuals and sovereign communities.
3. A P2P And V4V Economy
By 2030, SN's value-first, community-verified economy will be immune to fiat manipulation. The culture remains: no masters, no slaves, only peers.
4. Stackers
SN is already where Bitcoiners learn from each other. That role only grows in the next 5 years: tutorials, circular economy case studies, self-sovereignty tools, memes that are one of the modern tools for peaceful revolution.
5. The Bigger Picture
Stacker News in the next 5 years is not just a website or a forum. It's:
*Sovereign individuals exchanging value daily.
*A Bitcoin-based (based on the real money) economy of work, services, and culture.
*Communities and "Bitcoin tribes" thriving therein.
*Nostr identities and portable reputation so you’re never trapped.
And above all: a place where stackers stack not only sats, but also, stacking knowledge, skills and tools, stacking sovereignty, stacking freedom, responsibilities, stacking relationships, stacking joy.

Eventually, I knew the entire world would meet this Potentially, I have the key to make earthly honey fruit trees.
In the next 5 years, SN it will be the global town square where free people meet to create and share a life of sovereignty, peace, and happiness — powered by Bitcoin and free, open-source tools.
