This Week's Issue

News

Welcome to Books & Articles Weekly.
Things are still buzzing around here in the aftermath of fiction month. Thanks again to everyone who participated, and to @Scoresby and @TotallyHumanWriter for helping to make it happen. We are planning to hold more of these contests in the future. I also want to thank @SimpleStacker for his work in helping me organize book reviews. I want this territory to be a place where a writer’s hard work is showcased, preserved, and re-posted to increase exposure, and that becomes more difficult as the territory grows. @SimpleStacker’s idea helps immensely. If and when SN gives us some sort of editable post I can keep it updated frequently. For now, I’m one guy trying to keep track of the book reviews. If you write one and don’t see it in the index, please let me know.
Starting this week, there will be a zap award for the top 5 posts weekly. It will be broken down as follows:
  1. 1000 sats
  2. 250 sats
  3. 250 sats
  4. 250 sats
  5. 250 sats
Posts will be judged using SN zaprank. The cut off time is 9:00am EST (1300GMT) Saturday morning. I will post the top 5 winners shortly around 9:00am every Saturday morning.
I reserve the right to not award any sats for the week. I also reserve the right to deny sat awards to bare link posts. I recognize that link posts can be valuable, so I will only only exercise discretion for low quality links that garner few sats or engagement from stackers.
Happy reading!
As always, please reply with suggestions and opinions on how to make this territory better.

How do you make the index? Is it manual or auto? It looks way more organized and easier on the eyes.

That's thanks to @SimpleStacker and his table of contents template:

I must be losing my memory, because I actually commented on that post.

I know the feeling. Sometimes I read an old post and replies and see a dumb one, then realize it was me replying two years ago.
