Would've hit OMAD, but I went to Costco and gobbled up samples. Luckily, they weren't particularly junky today.

How’s your basic mobility?
A roommate of mine had gout and I had to help him get around campus when it flared up.
Last two days I had to use crutches because I couldn't put any weight on the foot. Today I got prescribed some NSAIDs which have helped. I can now hobble around on it. I'm hopeful the pain will subside entirely in the next few days, then I just need to be diligent with the lifestyle changes and not get complacent
