I'm working on trying to get a system in place for AMA's today and to setup a calendar to remind me to do some of these non-programming tasks like AMA requests, weekly recap thread, investor updates, etc.
It's also that I begin tracking retention and prioritize it as a metric so I need to figure that out too.

On the metrics side, there's a big jump with a lot of work needed between
- understanding your top users' needs by talking to them and
- understanding your users' needs by reading second hand metrics.
The second one requires a lot of deep work to get to similar value.

Maybe you should go after the other Pomp brothers. They'll be flattered for the attention and you can use them to eventually land the head Pomp.
