We are waiting in vain for the deflation process (which is MUCH WORSE than inflation, by the way), because inflation is an IRREVERSIBLE process. Deflation may happen for a short time, it is not a question (see the beginning of 2020, when COVID "appeared"), but in the long run it is not possible. First it slows down, then it kills the economy
