Knocked out 100 pushups, felt alright and did them quicker than the previous day.
Will probably aim for 100 pushups a day, didnt go on a run today and thursday - saturday are my busiest days.
I ate a bit better today, had eggs, gochujang salmon with mixed veggies a protien shake nuts throughout the day a coffee and two slices of apple pie. Should probably have another protien shake, and might make some more eggs in a few. 2.5 grams of creatine today.
All in all it was a decent day. Will probably stay up late tonight doing stuff on the computer, waking up early is a struggle but staying up late comes a bit more natural, should try to use that to my advantage.
