🚨 The weekend is ruining your progress 🚨
You stay “somewhat” on track during the week. Quick workouts. Decent meals. Trying to be disciplined.
But then the weekend hits. 🍻 Drinks 🌙 Late nights ⏰ No routine
And come Monday… You feel sluggish. You feel bloated. You feel behind. And you’re wondering why progress feels impossible.
Here’s the truth: ❌ It’s not your age ❌ It’s not your metabolism 👉🏽 It’s your weak weekends
Until you fix your weekend habits, you’ll stay stuck in the same cycle.
The good news? You don’t have to cut out fun — you just need a better framework to stay consistent while still enjoying life.
That’s exactly what I help busy professionals and Bitcoiners do inside my program. We lock in the lifestyle changes that actually last so you don’t feel like you’re starting over every Monday.
DM FIT and I’ll show you how to break free from the weekend trap.
I'm the opposite. Long sedentary workdays are my biggest challenge.

Break up your day with sets of push-ups or squats.
One day you push-ups every hour.
The next day do squats every hour.
Then you can do dips in your chair.
Then you can do single leg Romanian deadlifts.
Then you can take it easy and just do a full body stretch.
You can do it.
I believe in you too.

The issue is getting all sweaty at work.

Indeed! I agree

Make a commitment to have fun but don't overdo it on your calories that way you weigh less on Monday than you did on Friday.
You can do it.
I believe in you.
