If you saw what Romania has in terms of infrastructure...you'd be disappointed :P A concrete example: the Vienna Chancellery notified Bucharest in 2019 that the warranty period of a bridge had expired (the bridge was built during the Austro-Hungarian monarchy, in 1869, and had a 150-year warranty). What did they do in Bucharest about it? They laughed at the Viennese, saying that we don't have such a thing for a bridge to have a warranty...
