If it can't be installed on tv, yes. Or connect a pc/android device to the tv

yeah the best way is to have a small box PC behind the TV and connect that one to any internet source. You manage it much better than any "smartTV" app crap.
I do not like any TV with internet (it's a trap), I prefer offline TVs.
