We are counting down the best ballparks in MLB throughout the 2025 season.
Here is last week's edition. #1066070
This week we move on to #9.
Coors Field- Colorado Rockies
Opened: 1995
Capacity: 50,480
Ok hear me out. The Rockies suck and Coors is a bit outdated now but the CF forest oasis is magical. I have to add a second pic here so you guys can get a good view of it.
Plus you are likely guaranteed to see an entertaining game if you are rooting for the visiting team. I really like the scoreboard in LF but I don't like that extra set of bleachers in CF distracting from the forest and skyline. If they removed that monstrosity this park would be even higher on the list. The dimensions are very unique with a lot of space in the CF gaps and the ball flies in the thin air so it's an anything can happen kind of park. Unless you are a Rockies fan, in which case a terrible loss is likely to happen but at least you can find some zen staring at that beautiful forest.
On to #8 next week.
Sats for all,
