One of my favorite tv shows is Alone, ten survivalists are sent out into a harsh wilderness (truly alone - no camera crew, they record themselves) with ten items and the last one to tapout wins. During one season filmed in the Artic, someone bow-hunted a moose but struggled to protect the meat from a tasmanian devil. That was the first time I'd seen one. They're surprisingly honeybadger-like.

I should check out a clip. As I said, I have never seen a real one in action. We all did love that cartoon character, though.
In our country (Romania), legend has it that "Dracula" resembled the Tasmanian devil :)
