I didn't have them there initially, but I didn't feel like anyone else was definitively better and none of the other teams have as good of a QB.

I agree with that. It’s where they should be, and maybe they’ll be slightly less unlucky this year with all the close losses

My guess is that they end up in that third tier, but I don't know which of Texans, Broncos, Chargers, or Steelers will take their place.

Broncos ended the year pretty hot, if memory serves. That may continue. Chargers should be better than they are, IMO
