Looks like a small Dobermann. Did you notice in the pic they're pulling its neck up with the leash?
It does resemble a dobie. Yes, pulling the neck up is a show pose, I think, to show judges the head structure
As the name suggests, this dog combines terrier and playful traits, although the playful traits quickly became dominant during the breeding program. This dog once killed rats by the dozen, so it is an alert and not overly nervous breed.
