My current goal for the month is a multi-day water fast starting today.
I'm also hoping to do at least one yin yoga class by the end of next week.
What's yin yoga?
It's mostly just a series of static stretches in contrast to something like vinyasa (stretching+breathing+calisthenics).
Sounds cool
Went for a run this morning. 11km at 5:49/km average pace. A new point of view for a new perspective in a new place: it's fucking humid and hot on the other side of the Pacific.
They get that warm equatorial water, while you normally get cold Alaskan water.
More to the south too. Averaging 30C+ everyday. Man, I'm really not used to this.
