To be fair, penalty kicks are such a dumb way to end a tournament it might as well have ended in a draw.

I think allowing the 1-1 score makes sense because the match after extra time did end 1-1 but England won not draw, whoever that is. So it seems odd to get 3 points for picking the winner that wasn’t the match outcome.
Anyways however carresan wants to score his contest is cool with me. It was an epic comeback.
