Nested SegWit is one example of Script that P2SH address can carry hence i said
What OP stated wasnt wrapped SegWit address but old Script Hash address
If u still have doubt in mind look up https://mempool.space and paste the address there, mempool.space will show the address type as "P2SH"
It's still an empty address atm, the spending condition will be revealed after it has been used to conduct outgoing transaction
