Sorry again for not taking you serious initially—even though I did think my response was quite funny haha—, we did find a bug. We weren't checking if the streak type is for the hat. The longest "cowboy streak" currently shows the longest streak of any kind (hat, gun or horse).

I asked this myself but it must have been a coincidence that the ones you clicked on had their (horse) streak at 100.
I found stackers with streaks lower than 100.

edit: @ekI hopped on his profile to check the address, and he's also got that 'longest cowboy streak 100.' @Car too. Sounds like anyone under X is showing 100.
