Good that you figured out what was wrong with the ankle. Best to heal it properly before stressing it again.
I brought my cousin hiking this morning. He's from Toronto and is visiting BC for the third time in two years. He usually stays at my house when he visits and he asked me to bring him hiking. Because his flight was also at today afternoon, and because he said he wanted to do something challenging, I brought him to the Grouse Grind #599888. Guy was in better shape than I thought. I expected him to take 90 minutes to finish the hike, but he did it in 63 minutes. Saved me some time and allowed me to get back to work earlier.
Today's stats:
  • 50 push ups
  • 2.5km hike with approx 800m elevation gain
  • 1km run at average pace of 6:06/km (I couldn't resist gaining on johnny guy on his rest day, even though it was just 1km.)
  • skipped cold shower
