We are counting down the best ballparks in MLB throughout the 2025 season.
Here is the last edition. #1030732
This week we move on to #12.
Comerica Park- Detroit Tigers
Opened: 2000
Capacity: 41,083
This park has done one of the better jobs of featuring the skyline while still allowing for the large scoreboard and light standards that modern baseball stadiums require. The coolest feature about the park is probably all the tiger statues around the exterior and interior. They did a great job making it known it is the Tigers home stadium. Too bad they named it after a corporation instead of just calling it Tiger Stadium like its predecessor. Sadly they have removed the classic key hole feature which was a strip of dirt joining the mound and home plate dirt cutout. Still a beautiful park with one of the better skylines in baseball. Plus the Tigers are good again, so you might actually see a great game.
On to #11 next week.
Sats for all,
GR

They better have a statue of Miggy!
Not yet but they will. They have statues for all their Hall of Famers. I am guessing he will get one when he gets in.
Wow... wonderful view!
Im assuming my city's park will be top 5.
I guess we will see.
