My experience most of the time:

  1. Open the PWA
  2. Find a market I like
  3. Click Buy on a position
  4. Realize I need to sign in
  5. Click the "Lightning Network" button at the bottom to initiate LNAuth
  6. Since I am using the Zeus LN node on my phone to do LNAuth also on my phone, I need to either click the blue "Lightning Wallet App or Extension" button to app-switch, or copy the QR code's data, as opposed to scanning the QR code from another device.
  7. I click the blue button, but this launched ZBD since apparently I installed that a while ago, and I don't know how to force it to open Zeus instead.
  8. App-switch back to Predyx PWA
  9. Long press on QR code
  10. Click copy
  11. Open Zeus app
  12. Wait for express graph sync (I think I can skip this, though)
  13. Wait for my node to start (this can take a while)
  14. Paste into LNURL field
  15. See error because I copy/pasted the actual image, not the underlying URL
  16. App-switch back to Predyx
  17. Long-press on QR code
  18. Scroll down on context menu and copy the underlying URL, not the raw image
  19. App-switch back to Zeus
  20. Paste into LNURL field
  21. Authenticated!
  22. App-switch back to Predyx
  23. Now I am signed in and can buy positions in markets.

This is the pain I go through very often. I realize some of it is self-induced with:

  1. Having ZBD installed which launches instead of Zeus
  2. Copying the image instead of the underlying URL
  3. Not having Zeus "active" so it's ready to go as soon as I need it.
  4. Probably others

But still, this is crazy painful and extremely prohibitive for me to actually use Predyx consistently.

It's similar if I open a link to Predyx from the SN PWA, except probably worse, because it's opened in an embedded web view, so no session continuity, and then it also occupies the SN PWA.

Hey @WeAreAllSatoshi, we added the copy function on Lighting login, please try it out and let me know if works on your side. Hopefully this will ease some of your pain in using Predyx.

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to write down all the UX issues. We'll be releasing a major update today, but after this update we get to working on fixing all the UX issues.

Its really important to hear from the perspective of the users. From now on, we'll keep UX on top priority.

I've copy pasted all issues word to word on our Trello.
