I had an old Type 2 like this with a buddy of mine. Ours wasn’t a Kombi like this but it was still a T2.

We never got it to run correctly so we had to sell it but we did a lot to fix up the paint and body. It looked like a whole new bus when we sold it.

I hope the new owner was able to get it to run well. They’re a cool piece of history.
