I've walked over a mile while I edit videos and post content online.

I stay shredded and this is my go-to method for getting my steps in everyday.

I also nearly exclusively take the stairs and do squats and push-ups when I start getting tired at work and I use a standing desk.

I may actually only train in the gym or calisthenics twice per week sometimes up to four but not nearly as much as you would think for how I look.

Fitness has compounding effects just like stacking SATS

Unrelated but stacker News wants me to attach a lightning wallet but it doesn't like the one that I have. Why do they only accept a few wallets that I haven't even ever heard of?

The wallet stuff is a work in progress and should be much better soon.

I also use the stairs and walk whenever possible.
