When there's ice cream in the house, there's no question that I'm eating it.

I managed to avoid the ice cream and candy but I ate pop tarts, which is probably worse.

At least you're being honest about it, that's a start.

If your goal is weight loss then it may have been better to eat a few pieces of candy but calorie wise it depends on what the candy was.

Everyday is a new opportunity to prove how awesome you are.
