I slept in this morning and then went for a run after waking up. I also took a short nap in the afternoon. It was pretty hot today, but I was able to shortly escape the hot weather for about an hour and a half because I was at the rink watching my son's ringette practice.
Today's stats:
- 150 push ups (3 sets of 50)
- 15.5km run at average pace of 5:37/km
- cold shower
- 21016 steps
Great job on being able to crank out that many push-ups and getting over double the recommended amount of steps in a day.
Plus that run time makes me think you may be in the military.
How many pull-ups can you do in a row?
I'm big on aesthetics, proportionality as well as functional strength so now that you have your push-ups at a good place, I would target my traps shoulders and back but something tells me you can probably do over 20 pull-ups in a row as well.

Thanks.
No, I'm not in the military, I just run regularly so I've developed the cardio to run at a moderate pace. Still pretty slow compared to other runners.
I can probably do 14 or 15 pull-ups max. Probably can't do 20.
I'm not on any other social media. I deleted them all a couple years ago, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Got privacy-pilled after getting orange-pilled. Only have nostr and SN now, although I'm only active on SN and haven't touch my nostr account for a while.
