I have very bad experiences with Bechtel... Here in Romania they won a motorway project a few years ago, but they didn't even start, they already started to sue the Romanian state (it's no better than Bechtel). The end result was that Bechtel pulled out, they spent a lot of money together with the Romanian state, and everyone was happy...except for those who would have used that motorway... Finally, 9 years later, the Geiger company won the new tender and did the project. So, that motorway has been usable for 3 years.
