Like everything, it depends on the person, but 5% is really pushing the envelope. The thing is, even with a dexa scan, knowing your body fat percentage isn't an exact science. My recommendation to anyone who wanted to get really lean would be to aim for 10-12% you'll still look fantastic and shouldn't have to worry as much about the negative health outcomes.
